The Economic Development division assists local government entities and area businesses in enhancing the economic environment and encouraging the sustainable development of the Panhandle. This is accomplished through four initiatives: the Economic Development District, the Texas Panhandle Regional Development Corporation, Micro-Loan Programs, and the Contract Procurement Center.
