Job Seeker Services

The eight Workforce Solutions offices provide services to over 30,000 Panhandle residents each year. The staff members in these offices have the information, tools, and experience necessary to help job seekers obtain positions for which they are qualified.

Individuals have free access to computers, email accounts, copiers, fax machines and telephones. Classes are offered on resume preparation, interviewing skills and job search methods. Information on career options, training availability, and community resources is also available.

Persons who meet certain program criteria may qualify for additional services, including assessment, counseling and job development, financial aid to pursue post-secondary training, and other support needed while preparing for or starting a career.
